Hi,

Within VED I cannot seem to find a way to include in a database report the
"Notes" or "Body" properties for the local & global code (i.e. stored procs,
functions, etc).

Does anyone know how to do this or of an add-on which can be used?

You need visio for enterprise architect version that comes with Visual
studio 2003 or 2005.
Enjoy with visio

anything to do with the code (procs, triggers, etc) in any reports. so,
how's it done?
