In Visio 2007 you could save your stuff as a workspace. Saving the shapsheets
how they are on the screen for a more convenient way of saving and moving
location when not done programing the shapesheet.

Does anyone no whats replaced this if anything?

It has been moved, ribbon File -> Info
Over on the right-hand side you will see that Properties has a small black triangle next
to it, click the triangle and select Advanced Properties.
At the bottom of the dialog is a tick box for Save workspace.

I searched for half an hour for this - Microsoft - I think this needs to be somewhere more
findable! It's not as if the Info screen is short of space!

Good feedback, Paul. I will suggest it to the team. I suspect that Visio
was re-using the existing dialog, as in most cases, to reduce the massive
changes required in moving to the ribbon, especially since this setting is
specific to Visio and not Office. Still, you have made a great point.
